Early Railroad Companies Collection
This collection consists of annual reports and charters of various interrelated railroad companies and an annual report of the American Railway Master Mechanics Association.
East Highland and Beallwood School Newspapers
This small collection of school newspapers date from 1935 to 1944. Twenty folders contain the East Highlander, the publication of East Highland School, and one folder holds the Beallwood School’s News and Views. These newspapers contain student writing of stories, poems, jokes, holiday cut-outs and other material pertinent to a K-8 school.
E.D. Murphy Collection
Murphy's collection includes copies of his writings about John S. Pemberton and the origins of Coca-Cola, a Civil War Fort in Phenix City, and a brief history of Columbus; his daughter's Civil War map of Columbus and Phenix City; and information about the death of his grandfather, Matt Murphy, a Columbus Marshall in 1874.

Folder contains a copy of the final narrative documenting the Elizabeth Canty Homes in Columbus, Georgia. Also included is the official letter from The Housing Authority and a CD version of the document.
Elizabeth H. Heuer Scrapbook
The scrapbook was started in 1899 for Elizabeth. The contents are pasted into an 1840s ledger book of an unidentified business. The items include family information, newspaper clippings about the Spanish-American War, political campaigns (both national and local), greeting cards, tintypes and photos, mostly of family members and inspirational clippings.
