Howard, Blackmar, Gordon, Morris, Blood Collection
This collection consists of three boxes pertaining to the history of the Howard, Blackmar, Gordon, Blood, and Morris families of Columbus, Georgia. Detailed genealogies and photographs are included of these families, all very important in the growth of the city. Included are photographs, genealogy books and charts, and other books written by extended members of these families.

This consists of scattered duplicate issues of the Industrial Index. There is also a bound set, cataloged and shelved in the Archives Research Room.

Infantry School at Fort Benning
The Infantry School Collection consists of 12 folders of material pertaining to the founding of the Infantry School at Fort Benning in 1918. The role of the Chamber of Commerce of Columbus in helping establish the school and acquire the land is reflected in the collection. Two CDs are included with material on the Chamber scrapbook and Benning notes. A copy of the "Official Orders" for the establishment of a School of Arms in 1918 exists.

Institute for the Study of American Cultures (ISAC) Collection
The collection consists of records of the organization, including proceedings and papers, as well as various publications, maps, periodicals, and artifacts relating to the organization and its activities. Most of the publications are circulating and are held with the library's main collection.
International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees and Moving Picture Machine Operators (IATSE), Local Union No. 568, Columbus, Georgia
These materials detail the finances of the Local, as well as its administrative activities during a crucial period of change from silent to talking movies, and from the prosperity of the Roaring 20s to the austerity of the Great Depression, both of which had profound effects on employment, wages, theater attendance and other aspects of the union's activities.

Irene Douglas Collection
This collection consists of two scrapbooks dated from 1890s to mid-1940s. Scrapbooks mostly deal with subjects of a musical nature, focusing on Wagner and Liszt and other German composers and performances. Also included in the collection are a Nazi Germany hunting license, a German passport, and various letters written in German. 1890s-1940s 1 box (1 l.f.)

This collection contains photographs (approximately 230), topographical maps and aerial photographs, 75 sets of blueprints, and extensive correspondence, minutes, and promotional materials of the Columbus Development Authority, 1973-1985. Biggers sat on the board of this organization.
