This collection is made up of Special Editions of the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer published throughout the 1900s to celebrate or commemorate historical events in American and local history. This collection is separated into two series. Series 1 includes Special Editions of the paper and Series 2 includes cover pages of regular editions of historical significance.

This collection consists of newspaper clippings, magazine clippings, photographs, and VHS tapes of a program honoring Nunnally Johnson in 1997 (the 100th anniversary of his birth), letters and grant applications regarding a Johnson program, photographs; and a VHS with a montage of some of the movies he worked on. A second box includes nine VHS tapes of movies.
