Helen C. Stoller Collection
This collection was donated to the Archives in 1992 by Helen C. Stoller (b. 1926). It consists of her genealogical research involving the following lines of her family: Bratton, Brown, Cunnard, Dean, Donaldson, Findley, Henderson, Hughes, Jones, Love, Lowe, Pritner, Pruitt, Rodgers, Russell, Webb and Wheeler. It includes typescripts and photocopies.

These over-sized scrapbooks are filled with original water color drawings of flora, pictures of members and information pertaining to the Columbus House and Garden Club. The 1937-1938 scrapbook was created under the auspices of Mrs. Jefferson D. Box. 1935-1938 2 vols. (1 l.f.)

This collection consists of three boxes pertaining to the history of the Howard, Blackmar, Gordon, Blood, and Morris families of Columbus, Georgia. Detailed genealogies and photographs are included of these families, all very important in the growth of the city. Included are photographs, genealogy books and charts, and other books written by extended members of these families.

Infantry School at Fort Benning
The Infantry School Collection consists of 12 folders of material pertaining to the founding of the Infantry School at Fort Benning in 1918. The role of the Chamber of Commerce of Columbus in helping establish the school and acquire the land is reflected in the collection. Two CDs are included with material on the Chamber scrapbook and Benning notes. A copy of the "Official Orders" for the establishment of a School of Arms in 1918 exists.
