Biographical / Historical
The Eufaula Cotton Seed Oil Company moved to Eufaula, Alabama into a new building in October of 1899 from another Alabama location. Its president at that time was J. A. Campbell of Chattanooga, Tennessee and C. E. Foley of Eufaula was the Vice President. A later president was Hershel Henry Conner (1880-1948), whose father was also in the cotton seed oil business. It closed sometime before 1990.
