This collection covers his time in Iran, development of RAND, Korea Conflict, World War II, several U.S. Bases including Fort Henry Benning.

This letter from Alain Enthoven discusses Colonel Hallock's role in the M-16 developments and the AR-15 tests in 1962. Included in this folder is a copy of the September 27, 1962 "Hitch Report," related to the M-16 development and a letter from 1998 on Hallock's role in the events.
