Materials Specific Details

While Hallock was RDTE Project Manager for vehicles and mobility research, weapons, and light-weight armor materials, he worked on Project AGILE and with the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) on a variety of projects. The research and work that he completed on ARPA/AGILE, while Project Manager, was useful in his later career when he began Intrec Inc. He used his knowledge of and connections with ARPA to develop a project for which ARPA contracted Intrec. Much of the material housed in this series relates to series 18, Intrec under ARPA/AGILE, Contract DAHC 15 73 C0123 for more information on this development.
