This collection covers his time in Iran, development of RAND, Korea Conflict, World War II, several U.S. Bases including Fort Henry Benning.

This group of files consists of a chron file of memoranda received by Col. Hallock. Topics include organization of the training facility at Ft. Leavenworth, curriculum planning for the 1958/59 academic year, specific recommendations on courses, such as the introduction of training relating to atomic/nuclear warfare, and personnel issues. These are mostly thermofax copies in very poor physical condition.
