This folder contains the agenda of the CIHA Executive Committee Meeting of May 6, 1991 as well as the minutes of the Indian Cultural Festival Committee for 1991. Also included is a “floppy” disk labeled Chattahoochee Indian Heritage Center: Topo and grading plans autocad Rel 10 format.

In addition to the Board minutes of February 19, 1992, this folder contains a lengthy report of the Indian Cultural Heritage Festival planned for Oct of 1992. There are also minutes of the Festival Committee meetings for March, April, May, July, and August of 1992. Also included are the agenda and minutes of the Annual Members Meeting held at Fort Mitchell, Alabama on December 8, 1992

There are no minutes of Board meetings for this year, but there is partial documentation for meetings held on the March, April, May, June, and September meetings. There is an agenda for the 1994 Annual Members Meeting with a note that for the second year in a row there was not the required quorum to have the scheduled December 5th meeting.

This folder contains the minutes of the agenda and minutes of the BoD meeting of April, the design committee of the board of May, a newspaper account of the Board Meeting of July, the design committee notes of August, and finally the agenda and other documentation of the CIHA Annual Members Meeting of December 1993.
