The Board of Directors met, usually quarterly, and oversaw the annual meeting in December. The following folders should contain the meeting announcement, the agenda, the minutes, and any reports presented. They are not all complete, some containing only draft minutes, not all the reports, etc. The meeting records provide a good overview of what issues were occupying the Board at any given time.
