Semi-Annual Membership Reports: These semi-annual membership reports detail the local club’s membership and was used as the basis for the payments due from each club Kiwanis International for such things as dues to the International organization, the printing and mailing of the various magazines, and liability insurance. These reports are filed with the Monthly Reports.

Monthly Reports: In addition to various annual and semi-annual reports, each club was required to summit various monthly reports to their district offices. These reports included reports of each committee for each month of the year, the speaker and topic of each weekly meeting, whether or not there was group singing at each meeting, attendance at meetings, and interclub visits. As with the annual reports, at different times in history of the Columbus club these reports were filed with the Board of Directors’ meeting and at other times separately. They have been left where found, which has resulted in some overlap of coverage. The monthly reports filed here include the summarized reports of activities, service activities, membership, etc., on Kiwanis International standardized forms (yellow copy). In addition, for many years the detailed committee reports are also filed here, with some being duplicated in Series 2 – Board of Directors’.
