This series contains periodic reports to and from the local Kiwanis clubs to Kiwanis International and the Georgia District level. The standard annual, semi-annual and monthly reports include: The Annual Activity Reports, which are the summary reviews of the activities of local clubs; Annual Election Results; Annual Report of Committees and Chairs; Annual Choice of Delegates to the annual convention. The Semi-Annual Member Reports are filed with the Monthly Reports of Club Activities. Standardized summary annual reports of Club activities and committees were submitted to the District Level, summarized from the reports submitted by the chair of each committee to the local Board of Directors and supplemented by administrative information such as member attendance at meetings, volunteer hours spent on service projects, etc. The full annual reports of the committee chairs (if present) are held at the end of each year’s folder for the Board of Directors. The monthly reports of committee chairmen were sometimes filed with the records of the Board of Directors and at other times with the Reports – Monthly below. There are significant gaps in these records.
