The first president of the IWC was Donna Dowdle from Australia. She served for one year. Olga Davis (later Kelly) took over in 1976 and served thereafter. She maintained various materials created in the course of her management of the club including: address books, desk calendars, and bound volumes of detailed notes on membership, attendance, club events, charitable causes, and financial records.
