Scope and Contents

This folder contains correspondence between officials of The Orange Show, a folk art site in Houston, Texas, and officials of the Pasaquan Preservation Society, principally Gwen Martin and Fred Fussell. Included are calendars and events information concerning The Orange Show, and letters concerning the difficulties of managing such sites and the sharing of ideas to increasing grant funding and other sources of revenue. This folder also contains a letter from the program director of The Orange Show, Jennifer McKay, to Gwen Martin of the Pasaquan Preservation society. The letter included an information packet on the Orange Show, and some information on Pasaquan which she had found in their files.
