This folder contains Westville incorporation papers and by-laws with amendments. Also included are an undated analysis of Westville’s Corporate Structure and two IRS recertifications of its tax-exempt status. There are also lists of committees and their responsibilities. One is undated and lists 11 committees. Another, which may date from 2004, lists 17 committees and their members. There were five committees relating to funds. They were: Finance Committee, Fundraising Special Events Projects, Fundraising Projects Committee, Grants and Foundations Committee, and the Capital Campaign Steering Committee. Not all were active over the course of the organization’s life-span, and there was some overlap of responsibilities at different times. Materials were generally left where found.
