Materials Specific Details

This folder contains a detailed analysis of the contractual relationship between Isiran and the Iranian government. The two sentence summary of the evidence says in its entirety, "The total amount of money spent on computer-related projects is unknown but certainly exceeds $100 million. There is no evidence that any computer application is yet operationally acceptable."
