This folder contains a covering letter to the Shah of Iran regarding IBEX. Attachment A consists of instructions to the Imperial Iranian Air Force regarding IBEX. Enclosure 1 is the revised IBEX plan itself. Enclosure 2 contains instruction for initiating the revision of the IBEX program on order.
