This folder contains a 251 page review of the contract performance at the Imperial Iranian Army Aviation Training Center, with recommendations "to assure program success program success" which "will require actions by all involved parties, i.e., Bell Helicopter International, U.S. Government activities and the Imperial Government of Iran." The report was prepared by Col Sargeant and was signed off on by Frank A. Hinrichs, Major General, USA, Commanding.
