This folder contains a photocopy of a letter written by Pierre M. Sprey to FBI Agent James Johnson regarding the on-going investigation of Richard Hallock concerning alleged conflicts of interest between his work with the DoD and the government of Iran . The letter was in a sealed envelope. Included in the folder are photocopies of the notes on that envelope.
