These memos deal specifically with the RAND cooperation and specific projects that Col. Hallock was invested. There are three memos from 1967, including ones from April, August, and October. The memo from 1969 is on a Telephone conversation on Selin and Rosetti's termination. The bulk of the memos are from January to December 1970.
