This collection covers his time in Iran, development of RAND, Korea Conflict, World War II, several U.S. Bases including Fort Henry Benning.

After his Army War College year, Hallock was assigned to Fort Ord where he was tasked with planning a re-organization of the Army command structure. He also continued to seek a re-evaluation of his War College review.
