This folder contains documentation on the review of Hallock's rating from the War College. Similar documents are also present in the Fort Ord folders below as he continued to contest his negative evaluation. This folder also contains an unsigned and undated paper titled "Anti-Guerrilla Warfare-Vietnam Style, Parts I and II". This may have been Hallock's academic research paper.
