Mrs. Dexter Jordan 78-RPM Collection
This collection consists of approximately twenty 78-rpm albums of commercially produced classical music. Other materials in this donation were transferred to the music library, and a few albums of Harry Kruger conducting the Bowling Green State University Symphony Orchestra are placed with his collection.

The collection contains a history of the U.S.S. Bridgeport, genealogical information, photographs, and a history of the marine barracks in Washington, DC

Magazine articles dealing with railroads and photographs of Columbus High School graduating class, 1899; postcards (3) probably of the 1912 5th Avenue fire and of the Pine Mountain Valley Project (10). Much of the material concerns the Magruder family, especially Robert Lee Magruder, Sr. (1856-1919), a conductor with the Central of Georgia.

The collection consists of financial records of the Johnson and Feimster families, mostly from the 1940s and 1950s.

This small collection consists of one folder containing a spiral bound “family story” titled “Our” Gran was Grand! It was written for her grandchildren and great grandchildren to remember their grandmother by, with smiles and laughter- because she told these tales on herself.
