The Swift-Kyle House, also known as the Swift Mansion and Billings House, is a historic residence in Columbus, Georgia. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 11, 1973. It is located at 303 12th Street and 3rd Avenue. George Parker Swift and his daughter and son-in-law owned the ante-bellum mansion which dates to 1857. It was remodeled after a roof fire in 1898. The house was built by George S. Kyle and his wife Elizabeth Clason Kyle in 1925. It was designed by T. Firth Lockwood, architect. The cost was $13, 622. Over time, a guest house was constructed attached to the garage. The pool and gardens were also important parts of the property.
