Included in this folder is a letter from Virginia Carr concerning the death of Carson McCullers’ sister Rita Smith and Yaddo. There is a copy of a speech given by Minnie Bullock Houston at the 50th anniversary of the Junto Club in 1974. Also included is an undated Christmas card from the pianist Gina Bauchaur and a copy of her obituary. She died on August 22, 1976 just before she was due to play in a concert.

Included in this folder is a letter dated 31 March 1984 from Steven M. L. Aronson concerning Kyle’s contribution to his book, Savage Grace: The True Story of Fatal Relations in a Rich and Famous American Family, 1984. Kyle met Barbara Baekland and her son Tony in London shortly before Tony murdered his mother. A movie was later made with the same title.
