Scope and Contents

The Eelbeck Milling Company was a community associated with Cook’s Mill, a gristmilling complex in Chattahoochee County, Georgia. It was founded in 1826 and later became known as the Eelbeck community. It was absorbed by Fort Benning Military Reservation in 1941.
