Scope and Contents From the Collection: The Collection consists of materials generated during the projects to raise the Ironclad Muscogee and the fantail of the gunboat Chattahoochee and to establish the James W. Woodruff, Jr. Confederate Naval Museum, as it was known at that time, where these artifacts are housed.
