This consists of a deed granted to Sarah A. Littleton for 202½ acres of land in Lee County, Georgia “acquired of the Creek Nation of Indians”, dated January 8, 1827. The deed is in fragments but seems to be complete and includes the seal of Governor Charles J. McDonald.
