Biographical / Historical
The Daughters of the American Revolution is a non-profit women's service organization made to preserve Americas history, and promote “God, Home, and Country”. King’s Gap Chapter DAR was organized in 2020, during the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. King’s Gap was named after the roads of the first village around Pine Mountain. The King’s Gap Chapter aims to be an active member in patriotic and educational events in Georgia. They are made of multiple volunteer committees, including some like Junior American Citizens, The Flag of the United States of America, DAR Scholarship, and more.
