Biographical / Historical
Richard Hyatt was born May 11, 1944 in Atlanta, Georgia. He worked for newspapers in Atlanta and Columbus, Georgia for 40 years, both as a sportswriter and a columnist. He is also the author of eleven books. He retired from the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer at the end of January, 2008.
