Materials Specific Details
Judge George C. Duy, born 1831 in Pennsylvania. He and his wife were founding members of the Free Kindergarten Association of Columbus, Georgia. He was also the president of the Chattahoochee Valley Exposition Company in 1890. He died in February of 1908. Mrs. Lucy Gookins Duy, wife of Judge George Duy, was born in Indiana in 1839 and Died April 30, 1825 in West Virginia at the home of her son, Charles G. Duy.
