Scope and Contents
These materials consist of the files of the Pasaquan Preservation Society, as well as a few relating to the Marion County Historical Society Pasaquan Preservation Committee. These records fall into the following broad categories: Board of Directors (meeting agendas, minutes, etc.); Collection Management (loans, sales, donations and exhibitions of Martin's artwork); Correspondence; Donors; Estate of Eddie O. Martin; Events; Finances (audits, statements, expenses, etc.); Grants; Insurance; Membership; Publications; Publicity; and Site Management (repairs, maintenance, restorations, etc.). In addition to the textual materials, there is a large group of photographs, slides, films and other audio/visual materials, as well as a large group of newspaper and magazine clippings.

These first 3 items are Fuji H621E video tapes, which are 1 inch by 3170 feet.
There were 47 empty mini-film reels, presumably associated with both these reels, and Items 3-10 in Box 3 below. The labels on the empty mini-reels mirrored the numbering system used on these three reels, and Items 3 through 10 in Box 3. The mini-reels were discarded but the label information is as follows:
