This month was mostly taken up with the grant application to the Alabama Transportation Enhancement Program (ISTEA grant). This folder includes the final draft of the application. There is also a flyer for the Creek Nation Annual Powwow held July 21-31 at the Okmulgee, Oklahoma Creek National Rodea Arena.
